Order processing times

After an order is placed, we endeavour to dispatch within 2 business days. (Business days excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking Details

Once an order is dispatched, all customers will receive a tracking number within their dispatch notification email.

Estimated Delivery Dates

We do our best to provide our customers with estimated delivery dates. Please keep in mind that this date is an estimation & once the parcel is handed over to the delivery carrier, we have no control over the speed of which they process & move parcels in transit.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Little Libra Crochet is not responsible for delays due to customs.
